💳 Donate by Card
- On the home page, tap “Donate by Card.”
- Pick an amount ($25 / $50 / $100 / $250 or your own — minimum $1).
- Optionally check “cover the fees” so the team keeps 100%.
- Enter your name and card, and tap donate. You’ll get a receipt link on screen.
Donations go through Central Point Little League (a 501(c)(3)) and may be tax-deductible. Want an official letter for a gift of $250+? Check the receipt box at checkout and the coach will follow up.

📲 Show the QR Code
- On the home page, tap “Show QR Code to Scan.”
- Turn your brightness up and hold your phone out — people scan it with their camera.
- It opens the donate page on their phone. Tap Home when you’re done.
The QR page has a Donate / Sponsor toggle, so you can flip to a sponsor QR when you’re pitching a business.

🏆 Sponsor the Banner
- On the home page, scroll to “Sponsor the All Stars.”
- Pick your level from the menu — bigger gift = bigger logo:
- $500 / $300 / $200 / $100 / $50 — your logo, sized largest → smallest
- $25–$49 — your business name on the banner
- Pay, then upload your logo (we’ll size & place it — never stretched or cropped).
- The coach approves it, then it appears on the site and on our printed 3'×5' dugout banner.
The banner shown on the site is a sample layout — we keep that look and fit your logo for you. High-resolution or vector logos print best.
Team families
👨👩👧 Team Hub
Tap Team Hub (home-page footer) and enter the team password the coach shared. Inside you can:
- 📸 Photo & Video Drop — upload game-day photos/videos for everyone to see and download.
- 🛒 Albertsons Sign-Up — claim a shift to help staff the fundraiser table.
- 💵 Cash Collected — add cash from the donation box; it goes straight onto our goal for everyone to see.
Coaches only
🧑🏫 Coach Admin
Tap Coach Login (home-page footer) and sign in with the coach password. There you can:
- Approve sponsor logos before they go on the banner.
- See all donations (and who wants a tax receipt).
- Review and correct cash deposits.
- Change your password anytime.
